Deescalation management

Unfortunately, even in civilized societies, the propensity to violence and aggression cannot be completely avoided. This is where we want to help with de-escalating measures to keep damage away from body and soul. Especially in youth facilities, the tendency to violence is a constant problem, making it difficult for staff and social workers to deal with it. Pure security monitoring alone is not enough here, because it does not solve the underlying problems. Our employees therefore not only protect those affected by violence and aggression, but also perform effective de-escalation work thanks to special training courses. Our team

Our team is made up of staff from different age groups.

The part of the team that works directly with the young people has passed the expert knowledge examination according to §34a GewO or participated in the instruction in the guarding trade according to §34a GewO. In addition, our team is supported by a back office, which is responsible for administrative and organisational activities.

Roderick Stahr

I have been working in the field of security for 10 years. In the course of my work, I have noticed the need in the area of children's and youth work. Working with young people is varied and challenging at the same time. I am particularly enthusiastic about the fact that no two days are the same and that I can actively help shape the development process of the young people. I am well equipped through my training to be able to give the young people a protected framework.

Training and further education

  • Examination of expertise in the security industry §34a Para. 1 Sentence 5 of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO)
  • Expert knowledge test for sport shooters/guarding personnel according to §7 WaffG in conjunction with §§1 and 2 A WaffV
  • Tonfa/MES recognised training according to §3 General Weapons Act Ordinance
  • PFSO-A according to SOLAS XI-2 and ISPS (further training)
