Alarm tracking

In our service control centre (NSL), messages from intruder alarm systems (EMA) are transmitted and processed. In addition to alarm-dependent processing, this also includes the documentation and further processing of the alarm message. In this way, incoming alarms can be tracked for danger prevention. In the course of such an intervention, the causes for the alarm triggering are found out. False al arms and real alarms are thus effectively distinguished and, if necessary, e.g. if a crime has been committed, the police are informed via their specially operated emergency call centre. The computer-assisted evaluation of the data ensures that one employee of an emergency call centre can monitor several objects in parallel in real time.
